Ob/Gyn services are available at the Center on Thursdays through a partnership with Women's Health Center, PC of Shelton. 

If you are interested in Ob/Gyn services, please call 203-944-9898 and request an appointment in the Derby office.  

We accept all forms of private insurance, including:
Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Bluecare, Cigna, Connecticare, HealthNet, Oxford, Medicare, and United Healthcare 

 Marie LiVigni, DO

Dr. Livigni is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a three year residency program in Primary Care and Internal Medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital after which she practiced at the Medical Center of Northeast Connecticut and then the Phoenix Internal Medicine Associates, LLC. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and provides care to male and female patients over 15 years of age.
