Prescription medications are an important part of total patient care. Our prescription assistance coordinator will work closely with Valley residents to apply for free prescription medications through online pharmaceutical patient assistance programs.

Free medications for those who qualify...

The prescription assistance program can help find low-cost or free prescription medications for Valley residents who qualify. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

RYou must meet the income guidelines.  As a single person you must have an annual income of less than $19,140 a year or $38,700 for a family of four.

RYou must not have any health insurance or your plan must not include prescription drug coverage.

RYou must be a resident of the towns of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Naugatuck, Oxford, Seymour or Shelton.

RYou must be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident with a valid ID number.

Please remember...

  • Not all medications are available at all times.

  • It can take six to eight weeks to start receiving your medication(s) if you are approved for the program.

  • Most medications will be shipped to your doctor's office where you will then pick them up.
