The Valley Parish Nurses serve as coordinators between the clergy, parish and resources in the community, such as hospitals and other social service agencies.

Services provided:
Community Outreach
Health and Wellness education
Health Screenings
Referral services to health and social service agencies
Classes for CPR, first aid and safety, and baby sitting on a pre-scheduled basis

Polish, and Spanish at various churches

Open to anyone, no appointment needed

Appointment policy:
Appointments are taken for some screenings, i.e. cholesterol and A1c screenings

Additional Information:
There are various educational programs, and support groups held at different churches, anyone is welcome. Programs are advertised with Tela Media, and in local papers. Some programs ask for a nominal fee to offset cost of program.
