Mission: Primary medical care service open to all in the Lower Naugatuck Valley towns regardless of age, income, race or religion.

Referrals to dental, ob-gyn, mental health, child guidance, drug and alcohol counseling/treatment, specialty care and hospitalization
Health Insurance Eligibility and Prescription Drug Assistance

Additional policies: Physicians are Board certified or eligible and have privileges at Griffin Hospital and Yale-New Haven Hospital.
