Dr. Shobha Jagadeesh
A board certified internist, Dr. Jagadeesh has relocated to the Valley from Cleveland, where she was an Associate Staff Physician practicing outpatient internal medicine at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic from 2006-2009.
Dr. Jagadeesh has extensive training and experience in chronic disease management, particularly diabetes, and completed her residency training at York Hospital in Pennsylvania and Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland.
Dr. Jagadeesh looks forward to meeting current Primary Care Center patients, as well as new patients.
